CHEF CARLOTTA DELICATO
Carlotta Delicato, born in 1994, trained as a professional chef in the best Italian restaurants before moving on to the kitchens of JW Marriott in Venice, Costa Rica, Budapest, and Barcelona, where she was Executive Chef at Ristorante Fire. The chef from Cassino, winner of Hell’s Kitchen Italia 2016, is now responsible for the new gastronomic concept dedicated to her: Ristorante Delicato.
